Bank cards issued in the Russian Federation
When enabled by the payment provider, customers may pay using supported Russian bank cards. Card details are entered only on the secure payment provider page; Ali One does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
SBP / NSPK
When enabled, customers may pay through the Faster Payments System using a QR code or a payment link opened in a supported banking application.
Cryptocurrency
When enabled, customers may pay a generated invoice using the selected cryptocurrency and network. The exact coin, network, amount and invoice expiration are displayed before payment.
Payment status and receipts
The wallet is credited after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Save the payment receipt, invoice ID or transaction hash until the balance is credited. For assistance, contact support.
Security notice
Never send card details, passwords, one-time codes or private wallet keys to support. Support may request only the order number, payment ID, receipt or public transaction hash needed to locate a payment.
