User Agreement

By visiting the service, registering, starting an order, adding funds, using API functions or making a payment, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this Agreement. A user who does not accept the Agreement must stop using the service.

Ali One provides digital, non-physical social media marketing and related online services. The exact service name, target requirements, quantity limits, tariff, estimated delivery, refill conditions and other material terms are displayed before an order is confirmed.

The user must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials and API keys secure. The user is responsible for activity performed from the account. Access may be limited for fraud, payment abuse, spam, unauthorized automation, attacks, chargebacks without prior support contact or other violations.

Before ordering, the user must choose the correct service, read its description, enter the correct public link or invite link where allowed, select a permitted quantity and verify the total price. A wrong, changed, deleted, private or unsupported target may prevent delivery and may make cancellation or refund impossible after processing starts.

Current prices are published on the Prices and Service Tariffs page and in the order form. The final payable amount is shown before confirmation. Supported payment methods may include Russian bank cards, SBP/NSPK and cryptocurrency when enabled by the payment provider.

Delivery begins according to the selected service conditions. Start and completion times are estimates unless an explicit guarantee is written in the service description. Delays may occur because of provider queues, social-platform restrictions, maintenance, load, verification of a payment or external technical conditions.

A refill or non-drop guarantee exists only when it is clearly stated in the selected service description. Eligibility may end if the guarantee period expires, the target changes, becomes private or is deleted, another provider is used on the same target, or the drop cannot be verified.

Cancellation is possible only when the order and provider still support it. An order already processing or delivered may not be canceled. A Partial status means only part of the order was delivered; the eligible undelivered amount is normally returned to the internal wallet after provider confirmation.

Because services are digital, completed and correctly delivered orders are not refundable. If a service cannot be delivered because of a technical failure attributable to the service, the eligible amount may be returned to the internal wallet. External refunds are reviewed individually and may require up to 15 business days after approval. The user should contact support before initiating a chargeback.

The service may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules of the target platform. Content involving exploitation of minors, illegal sexual content, real violence, illegal substances, terrorism, fraud, phishing, malware, hate, harassment or other unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and must not be submitted.

Ali One is an independent digital-service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram or other social platforms. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. Website materials may not be copied or resold without permission.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee commercial results, organic reach, algorithm behavior or uninterrupted access. Liability for an approved claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
