How do I use the Mass Order feature?

Mass Order is used to place multiple orders faster. Add one order per line in the format shown in your panel, review the total cost, then submit. Always check links and quantities before confirming because submitted orders may start quickly.

What is a drip feed order?

A drip feed order splits a larger quantity into smaller deliveries over time. For example, instead of sending everything at once, delivery can be distributed across several runs. Drip feed availability depends on the selected service.

Does drip feed function with mass orders or through the API?

Drip feed support depends on the specific service and current API/plugin configuration. If drip feed options are not clearly shown, treat the service as a normal order or contact support first.

Under what circumstances am I not eligible for refills?

Accepted Answer

You may not be eligible for refill if the refill period expired, the service has no refill guarantee, the target link changed, the page became private, the order was mixed with other providers, the target was deleted or the drop cannot be verified.

What is the expected time frame for completing the refill of my orders?

Accepted Answer

Refill time depends on provider availability, platform updates and order conditions. Some refills complete quickly, while others may take longer. If your refill remains unresolved, open a support ticket with your order ID.

Will AliOne.Pro issue a refund if the refill process fails?

Accepted Answer

If a refill fails, support will review the service rules and provider result. Depending on eligibility, we may retry the refill, credit the wallet, or explain why the order is not eligible.

How long does it take to Speed Up my order?

Speed Up depends on provider queue and platform conditions. If support can push the order, we will try, but exact acceleration time is not guaranteed.

Is it possible to cancel an order if the speed mentioned in the service description was not accurate?

Cancellation is only available when the service/provider supports cancellation and the order is still eligible. Delivery speed is usually an estimate unless a specific guarantee is stated.

I mistakenly entered the wrong username or want to cancel an order after submission. Is it possible?

Open a support ticket immediately with your order ID. We will try to help, but if the order has already started, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

What is the cancellation timeframe?

Cancellation timeframe depends on the service and provider. Some pending orders can be canceled, but many orders cannot be canceled after processing starts.

Why was my order canceled?

Accepted Answer

Orders may be canceled due to invalid link, private page, wrong format, unavailable service, provider limitations, platform restrictions or unsupported target. Eligible canceled amounts are usually returned to your wallet.

My order status is showing as Partial. What does this mean?

Partial means only part of the requested quantity was delivered. In most cases, the undelivered portion is credited back to your AliOne.Pro wallet automatically or after provider confirmation.

Why is the Cancel Button / Refill Button not working for me?

These buttons work only when the selected service supports cancel/refill and the order is within the eligible period. If the button is not working, open a support ticket with your order ID.

Is my payment secured?

Accepted Answer

AliOne.Pro uses available payment gateways and records wallet transactions in your account. We do not ask for your social media passwords. Cryptocurrency invoices are confirmed through the payment provider when enabled.

Why is PayPal not enabled?

Accepted Answer

PayPal availability depends on region, business eligibility, risk rules and payment-provider approval. If PayPal is not shown, use one of the currently available payment methods.

Why am I unable to make a payment with a credit card after subscribing to your panel?

Card payments may fail due to bank restrictions, region limitations, gateway rules, anti-fraud checks or incomplete verification. Try another payment method or contact support.

My cryptocurrency payment has not been added automatically after 60 minutes. What could be the issue?

Accepted Answer

Crypto delays may happen if the invoice expired, the amount was underpaid, the wrong coin or network was used, confirmations are slow, or the provider has not sent IPN confirmation. Open a ticket with payment ID and transaction hash.

Can I get a refund of my balance?

Wallet balance refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case. Order-related refunds are normally credited to your AliOne.Pro wallet. External refunds may take up to 15 business days after approval.

I do not see the payment gateway I need in the list. What should I do?

Use the available methods shown in your wallet. If you need another gateway, contact support and tell us which method you prefer. We may add additional gateways later.
